Hi! I’m a therapist with over seven years of experience working with adults and teens who have experienced trauma and relationship challenges in their daily lives (More here!). Breaking out of these patterns can be difficult without support—that’s why I value the connection and exploration that therapy offers. In our work together, I aim to approach each session with honesty, empathy, and humor. Through this process, we can access greater confidence and perspective to support you on your path forward.
Currently licensed in both New York and Connecticut (with additional states on the horizon), I specialize in working with individuals seeking meaning and insight in their everyday lives. Many of the concerns I support include anxiety, life transitions, codependence, stress, relationship challenges, LGBTQ+ issues, burnout, grief and loss, as well as the unique pressures faced by those in the Film and TV Production Industry.
