**Let me know if theres anything else you would like to see here, or that you think would be helpful. This is not a replacement for therapy, and I am not getting any sort of financial benefit from these links. These are some resources I have found from being both a person in therapy, and as a therapist.

Brene Brown TED TALK - “The Power of Vulnerability” - “Dr. Brené Brown is a researcher professor at the University of Houston, Graduate College of Social Work, where she has spent the past ten years studying a concept that she calls Wholeheartedness, posing the questions: How do we engage in our lives from a place of authenticity and worthiness? How do we cultivate the courage, compassion, and connection that we need to embrace our imperfections and to recognize that we are enough -- that we are worthy of love, belonging and joy?” - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X4Qm9cGRub0
BRENE BROWN TED TALK - “Listening to Shame” - Further expanding on her first TED talk, Brene Brown furthers her talk about the importance of listening to shame as a stepping stone to being able to access more vulnerability in your life. She is one of my favorites on the subject! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=psN1DORYYV0
