He trained in psychotherapy during his internship at the Training Institute for Mental Health in NYC. “I have had over 7 years of experience using talk therapy to explore someone's early history as well as the people and objects that have held a formative role in their life. It feels like the best way to gain perspective on ourselves and to truly challenge how we see ourselves in the present.”
