Time for a Re-Write?
I want to help support you in finding the answer to that question. Sometimes we’re unsure of where we are and feel stuck in our uncomfortable experience. Where do we go from here?
In one word, I would say my job as a therapist is perspective. When that happens, we can start to feel a little more perspective and think about where to go next.
What’s on your mind?
“I’m having a really hard time keeping up at work/school….”
“My relationship with my Family isn’t good”
“I don’t feel like myself”
“I don’t feel as motivated as I once did…”
“I’m not as happy or enthusiastic as I once was”
I don’t really know what I want anymore…”
“I feel nervous and afraid all the time”
“It’s hard to fell connected with people”
“Im having alot of feelings and thoughts and don’t know how to organize them all”
“Im a therapist and find myself burnt out by all the difficult emotions from my sessions”
“My Partner/friends/family doesn’t understand me”
“I don’t like the way I look”
“ I thought it would be different by now”
“Im don’t know how I’m feeling”
“I didnt use to feel like this”
“I’d scared of my feelings/thoughts”
My goal is for our sessions to be a safe place to talk about anything - let’s talk!
Hi! I am a therapist with 7+ years of experience working with adults and teens who have experienced trauma and relationship issues in their daily lives. It can be often be difficult to break out of without support - That's why I value the connection and exploration of therapy, trying to approach things with honesty, empathy, and humor. In our work, we can access confidence and perspective to utilize on your path.
