Hi! I am a therapist with 7+ years of experience working with adults and teens who have experienced trauma and relationship issues in their daily lives. It can be often be difficult to break out of without support - That's why I value the connection and exploration of therapy, trying to approach things with honesty, empathy, and humor. In our work, we can access confidence and perspective to utilize on your path.

Currently licensed in both NY and CT (with additional states on the horizon), I specialize in guiding adults and teens through a variety of challenges, including anxiety, life transitions, co-dependence, stress, general relationship hurdles, LGBTQ+ issues, burnout, grief and loss, as well as unique challenges faced by those in the Film and TV Production Industry. I also provide supervision and support for fellow therapists.
