Time for a Re-Write?

I want to help support you in finding the answer to that question. We’ve all had times where we felt like we’ve lost our plot, no matter your age, sex identity, or background. Sometimes we’re unsure of where we are, and feel a little stuck in our experience,. Where to go from here?

In one word, I would say my job as a therapist is perspective. I help people rediscover their agency and strength in order to be able to see paths and plots in new ways, and help them identify what they are looking for in the first place. Finding the voice of your own main character, and listening to their needs. That way, we can feel a little more perspective, and sure footing on where to go.

Things we can talk about

“I’m having a really hard time keeping up at work/school….”

“My relationship with my Family is so stressful”

“I don’t feel in my body…”

“I don’t feel as motivated as I once did…”

“I’m not as happy or enthusiastic as I once was”

I don’t really know what I want anymore…”

“I feel nervous and afraid all the time”

“It’s hard to fell connected with people”

“Im having alot of feelings and thoughts and don’t know how to organize them all”

“Im a therapist and find myself burnt out by all the difficult emotions from my sessions”

“My Partner/friends/family doesn’t understand me”

“I don’t like the way I look”

“ It feels like I am still back there…”

I am drawn to helping people who have dealt with trauma and feel persistent isolation and sadness in their daily lives. Together, we can try to look at things a different way, and navigate a different path. Let's explore together, like astronauts! By gaining perspective, we can find opportunities for strength and agency in our everyday lives.
