Time for a Re-Write?

I want to help support you in finding the answer to that question. We’ve all had times where we felt like we'd lost our plot, no matter your age, sex identity, or background. Sometimes we’re unsure of where we are and feel stuck in our uncomfortable experience. Where do we go from here?

In one word, I would say my job as a therapist is perspective. I help people rediscover their agency and strength in order to be able to see paths and plots in new ways and help them identify what they could be looking for. When that happens, we can start to feel a little more perspective and think about where to go next.

I am drawn to helping people who have dealt with trauma and feel persistent isolation and sadness in their daily lives. Together, we can try to look at things a different way and navigate a new path.
